Our goal is to deliver high-quality, job-specific CDL training—the kind we wish we had when we started.
We don’t just prepare trainees to pass the test. We train them to succeed on the job. That means understanding how to pass a roadside inspection, what a proper following distance feels like, how the braking system actually functions, hours of service regulations, and the small but critical lessons we learned the hard way—so they don’t have to.
How it works:
We’ll travel to you, and use your equipment to do the training and testing. We’ll take them to a state testing facility immediately after training.
But first, they need to get their commercial learner’s permits. We can send them some free resources to help study for the permit test.
Once they have thier permits, we can get everything scheduled and that’s pretty much it.
Just have the trainees text us a picture of their permits, we’ll make sure everything looks good, and then we’ll send them a link to take the online “theory” training.
They’ll get the online training done in roughly 3 to 6 hours. And we’ll send them a few of our videos they can watch before the in-person training starts.
We’ll show up as scheduled to do the training, take them to pass the test, and send you an invoice. No deposit needed.
We’re fortunate to have an excellent first time pass rate, but in the event of a failed exam, we will provide free remedial training and a retest at no charge.
“They’ve made it so much easier for me. I love not having to send my guys out of town. They just show up and get it done. ”
we’re flexible
Our group classes are usually 4 days of training and then testing on day 5. The type of equipment, prior experience of the trainees, and equipment availability are always a little bit different. So, we can work with you to find the timeline that works for your operation.
1 on 1 classes tend to run shorter, but again, the type of equipment is a huge factor in how much training is needed to really prepare them for whats to come.
